  1. Favorite leisure trip in the summer is our cabin on the lake . . . if it’s cool outside. Cabin has no AC and summer humidity can be awful. But a cabin on the lake, it’s really sweet.

  2. My favorite summer beverage is iced green tea and I’ve always got a good book to read in the shade. 🙂 Thanks for the opportunity to win!

  3. My favorite thing to do on a hot day is to have an icy glass of water, a good book and float around with them both in the pool.

  4. I’ll say take the family to a nice 4th. of July Fireworks display but make sure to bring along the first-aid kit just in case

  5. My favorite summertime leisure tip is to do something creative that you enjoy outside! We spend so much time couped up inside during the winter months, or at our job, or doing our everyday chores, that when it is nice outside, the sun is shining and it is balmy and warm outside, we have no business being inside! Take something you are passionate about, a creative project you have been wanting to do, and work on it outside on a blanket either in the sun, or under a tree in the shade. You will be surprised how relaxed you will begin to feel, and you will feel yourself becoming grounded and revived. I enjoy painting my clay pots with fun, whimsical designs. I bring about 6 pots outside, with all my paints, and I have myself a little party painting my pots. I get started with just a few simple designs, and after painting for about 20 minutes I feel all my stress leaving my body and the creativity just begins to flow – I end up with these wild, funky pots that everyone admires when they come over! You get a real sense of achievement and confidence when you do something creative like this in an environment you are comfortable in. BTW – I have been wanting an iPod Shuffle for the longest time now! I am going to keep my fingers crossed on this one! Thank you for such a fun giveaway!

  6. My eyes seem to get pretty tired in the summer, with being outside, hayfever, etc. I like to read, but in the summer I use a lot of audio books. Audiobooks are much more bearable in the summer.

  7. Where I live – it’s so cold in the winter, we avoid going outside. Summertime just means: Go OUTSIDE and enjoy! Thank you! cguill888 at yahoo dot com

  12. Each summer we go camping. In order to relax and enjoy our camp trips, I always prepare meals ahead of time. I make stews and chilis which I freeze. Not only are meals easy to prepare while camping, the frozen foods keep the coolers cool!

  22. Summer is the season for enjoying the outdoors so I stick to easy, simple but flavor packed meals on the grill as often as possible. Along with a dip in the pool and some fresh squeezed lemonade I feel relaxed and refreshed. And the only clean up is putting our plates and cups in the dishwasher.

    twithhoneyATgmailDOTcom

  23. Well this is a little different…but I’m begun to exercise on a daily basis for a few months now and I love the feel. It feels so relaxing when you are done to drink cold ice water, run a wet rag around your face, and then lay somewhere with a big ceiling fan blowing on you. Aw…plus your looking fabulous! lol (well not me yet!) Thanks

  24. We have a little shaded place set up in the back yard just next to the woods. It’s closed in on two sides with a tin roof. I have a picnic table back there. Sometimes I take my laptop or a book out back and just enjoy the peace and quiet. If it’s a bit hot I’ll take a fan with me. Hubby ran me some power back there. Am I spoiled or what? 🙂

  25. The only way I can stand the really hot and muggy days is to try and stay inside in the central air!
Thanks so much for the great giveaway!

  26. We always try to make it to the Drive In once during the summer. It’s so nice to not even have to leave the car (except for the bathroom and popcorn of course!). Plus you can talk as much as you want during the movie and no one can hear you! 🙂

  35. Okay, with all these comments about ice tea and hammocks, I’m going to look like a total nut.

But I have to be honest, my favorite summertime leisure activity is to go see the summer blockbuster movies in an air conditioned movie theatre and them go out for ice cream.
I don’t really like being out in the humidity with the mosquitos.
I’d rather sit in the dark and watch The Dark Knight with a box of Milk Duds on my lap. Sorry.

  36. Last summer tip from me:

Never “agree” to wear a heart monitor in 95 degree weather. All that adhesive tape makes for some uncomfortable, hot moments. Ick. And you can’t wear little clothing. Otherwise all those wires poking out of your chest might scare small children.

  37. Holy-moley, roly-poly! This is amazing! My favorite thing to do is take homemade sorbet and race down to the beach before it melts! Freeze any kind of fruit overnight and then thaw for about an hour until just cutable. Blend it until smooth! Sugar and fat free! Thank you!

First we take a watermelon and carved out the primary basket shape and then the kids each get a melon baller to start emptying out the body. After that we make cantelope balls to mix with the watermelon. Put everything in the frig to get it nice and cold and serve it later with homemade pineapple ice cream. Absolutely delightful.

  408. My best summer leisure tip it to turn off your cell phone, your computer and TV for a day, then head outside with an icy cold glass of sangria and a brain-candy book and enjoy reading it the wholeway through, without interuption!

  409. My best summertime tip is: Take some time to enjoy your children, play ball with them take them swimming just be with them. They are only young once.

    thedirtyshirtblog (at) gmail (dot) com

  410. My best summer leisure activity is to lay in the hammock and read a book. I usually only get about 3 days all summer to do it and it is SO relaxing.

    gypsy58[at]hotmail [dot]com

  411. We move the small tv out onto our back deck and eat dinner in front of the TV. It is a real summer time treat for our six kids.

  412. Best sumer tip is too eat lots of fruits and veggies, they make great snacks at the beach and lemonade is always a great summer drink

  413. A nice slow pace makes a good summer day. Nothing needs to be rushed, take time to rest and to play, phone a friend, simple things can be so relaxing.

  414. I like sitting in the backyard sipping on some lemonade while I am reading a book or magazine and enjoying the warm weather and fresh air.

  415. My favorite summer tip – let the kids run through the sprinkler and ‘accidently’ get wet yourself! My boys love it when I pretend that I don’t want to be wet and they get to move the sprinkler around so that it ‘gets’ me. It’s fun and cool – and gives the neighbors a good laugh too 🙂

    Thanks!
    Sue

  416. Stay up late with an old person. Ask them to tell you how it used to be. Listen carefully, repeat what you hear and thank them for their time. Write it down and remember.

  417. I love taking my kids to the pool and definitely snow cones and ice cream! Sonic has the best summer drinks. We make that run often. Thanks for the chance to win.

  418. My favorite summer tip. A spray bottle of ice water while sitting in the sun. Spritz yourself, instant cool down.

    bdarling1963(at)aol(dot)com

  419. Lots of water to drink. A yummy smoothie every once in awhile. Swimming in a nice pool that has a little waterfall. Reading inside in an A/Ced house, or with a fan blowing on ya. A really good series of books to read is the Katie Chandler series by Shanna Swendson (Enchanted, Inc., Once Upon Stilettos, Damsel Under Stress, and Don’t Hex With Texas). And shopping is always great, even if it is just window-shopping inside. My favorite store is Target!!

  420. First off…sorry if this comes through twice…my computer burped and then shut itself off while I was trying to enter my comment here. I don’t see it but you never know.

What a great giveaway! My summer tip would have to be Ice Cold Sun Tea with a fresh sprig of mint in it. WONDERFUL! I also have some great summer drinks posted on my website if you want to come on over. 🙂

Thanks for this wonderful giveaway! Love your blog and I’m subscribing to your feed!

  421. We try to stay inside in front of fans during the summer. It is just too humid here in Fl.
    lstanziani(at)peoplepc(dot)com

  422. My tip would be to fill your freezer with prepared (home made) foods before the heat hits. For instance when I buy meat I bring it home, mix up marinades and package everything up for the freezer. Then all that I need to do is pull it out of the freezer and put it on the grill. When going to the cabin I also wash and prep all of my produce so all I have to do is assemble things at supper time. It really allows me to be able to relax as everyone else is…although it is a lot of work leading up to the “event”.

    This is a great giveaway!

  423. fun giveaway! hummm my best “summer” tip is making homemade popsicles… YUM!

  424. mmm summertime tip?Let’s see.Spend a lot of time at the beach and if you do spend time in the sun don’t forget to apply suntan lotion.

  425. We don’t do anything too fancy. We like to take a picnic lunch to the local splash park. It’s free, and the kids get to cool off and also enjoy the playground. We also sometimes let our son “wash” the car. He has a special sponge and everything. He mostly just sprays water everywhere but he has a great time doing it.
    laylarenee[at]cfl.rr.com

  426. Well, this isn’t probably very environmentally sound, but in the summer I buy disposable plates and cups and we use them all the time. In fact I am the cup nazi. If I see someone reaching for a cup that has to be washed, I make them put down. I don’t have a dishwasher, and this way I get to spend more time outside, and less washing dishes in the kitchen.

    david_colleen@mei.net

  427. I love drinking mojito’s made with my own fresh garden mint, while sitting on my porch reading. It’s the best way to cool down and chill out after a long hot day.

  428. My favorite summer time thing is having hubby grill out! He loves the outdoors and loves to garden…I’d rather stay in the a/c…so he cooks a lot in the summer, plants and waters the garden (neither one of us likes to weed…maybe one of our girls will like to eventually??) and then I get to do all sorts of food preservation…with the a/c on! I do it as a hobby, not so much to save a lot of money! Love your giveaway!

  429. I live in the Palm Springs area where our average summer temperature is about 115 degrees. My favorite thing is to escape for weekends! We either go down to San Diego to stay with friends or up to Big Bear to stay in the most wonderful little cabins (http://www.big-bear-cabins.com/) that are super clean, have kitchens and are pet friendly!!! Each of these places take 1 tank of gas (10 gallons) in my Honda round trip – so well worth the 40+ dollars for 3 days and 2 nights of coolness and fresh air!!

  430. oh my! i would love to win, so please please please count me in!

my favorite thing to do in the summer months is to read cookbooks all the way through as if they were novels. i know that sounds weird, but its true!

  439. My best summertime tip is to run away to a bed & breakfast with hubby. Sit on the balcony with a frosty beverage and just enjoy being.

  440. We are less then two hours away from Galveston, so the family piles into the car for a day out at the beach once every two weeks or so.

It’s not all lounging around, as we usually pick one educational/fun thing to see or do on our mini trip.

  441. My summertime relaxation tip is to sit under our table umbrella with a great book while the kids swim in the pool or play with water guns. (occassionally they’ll squirt mom to refresh her. lol) Thanks so much for this giveaway.

  442. Summer tip: spray on sunscreen! It’s the only kind I buy any more. Also, if you’re at the beach, sprinkle some baby powder on to get the sand off if you need to re-apply. A great summer read I am really enjoying is “The Other Boleyn Girl.” Thanks for the great giveaway!

  443. Yesterday I let my 3 year old daughter wash her toys. I had a big empty tub outside with some dishsoap squirted in it and let the hose trickle and she played for the longest time “washing” her toys.

  444. I love to visit my parents house; we get a pool to cool off in, a swing for baby to play in and lots of good family time!

  445. My tip – get to know your local library. They always have the best summer beach reads and they are free. Also if you need somewhere to take the kids it is a good place to chill for a little bit.

  446. The swimming pool is how we stay cool. It is hitting 110 degrees on a daily basis around here and the pool is the best way to handle the heat!

  447. We don’t have air conditioning in our home here in north Idaho, because it’s really only hot enough to need it about 6 weeks of the year. But those 6 weeks can be sweltering to get through. It does usually cool off at night, so we use fans to pull the cool night air in through the windows. Then in the morning we close the windows and drapes to make the house dark and keep the cool air in. It really does make a difference!

I love relaxing with a glass of something cold to drink on the porch swing in the evenings.

  448. I love a good mister fan in the summer (those spray bottles with a little fan attached to the top). I hang out in the shade with a cool drink and a good book, and my kids spray me and fan me with the bottles. It’s like being a cuke in the produce section of the market!

  449. To keep the house cool, make sure the filters on your air conditioner don’t need to be replaced and clean your refridgerator coils so it kicks off less heat.

  450. I invested in a really great Adirondack chair that is super comfy….I had been coveting this specific chair for 2 years now, but didn’t think I could afford it. Now I know I couldn’t afford not to have it! What a dream to sit outside and watch the kids play in this comfy chair.

  451. My leisure tip is lots of summer reads, and a quiet shady place with no phones, I can read and pass the day in a very peacefull spot Thanks

  452. My favorite place is on the hammock inside our screen porch, with a glass of sweet tea beside me, the ice cubes tinkling as they melt in the heat. A stack of books is good to have, too.

stef dot reed at gmail dot com

  453. I love ice tea and a good book in the morning! Swimming in the afternoon and “game time” with the family in the evenings. I love the summer.

  457. We’ve started sleeping with a cool mist humidifier to add moisture to our hot, dry air (and keeps us cooler).
    tvollowitz at aol dot com

  462. Recylce your water bottles, fill bottle 1/4 water, sweet tea, or lemonade and freeze. when your ready for your drink fill the rest of the bottle with the liquid form of your drink that when when it melts it doesnt water it down.

  463. My favorite way to relax during the summer is sew. I feel so much more creative in the summertime, for some reason, and I could just sew all day long.

    bigfamily8(at)yahoo(dot)com

  464. My best tip is to use Avon Skin So Soft so the bugs stay away! My favorite summer leisure activity is to lie on my hammock, reading. A slice of pie and a glass of lemonade is always nice, too!

    Thanks!

    urchiken at gmail dot com

  465. We love to make our own Popsicles out of fruit juice. Just freeze some juice in a popsicle mold (or even small tupperware or a paper cup), insert a stick, and freeze!
    Thanks for the giveaway. claireroach81(at)hotmail(dot)com

  467. I love the shuffle- such pretty blue. 🙂

    Alaskawildrose AT gmail DOT com

There’s little I love more about summer than a good, yummy melon, a sunshiney day, and a green lawn to go barefoot in, except having family around me to enjoy the day, the flowers and the little birds singing.

I am a country girl who sorely misses her garden, so sometimes I’ll sit on the back porch looking over to the mountains and look at my garden books and dream of a place of beauty and plenty…someday, perhaps, again. 🙂

  468. My best summer leisure tip is to have some sangria at least once during the hot summer!
    num1twinkie at yahoo dot com

    So yummy and refreshing!

  470. Grab a glass of sweet tea, Go outside (preferably barefoot, but flip-flops would do) and find a swing in the shade, and watch your children run through sprinklers. For me, that is one of those moments when all the world is right…I just sit back and count my blessings!

Thanks so much for such a fun giveaway!

    Take Care!
    sblilly14(@)yahoo(.)com

  471. The best way for me to relax has always been to be at the beach and relaxing on the sand. I love the sound of the waves cascading into the shore. There is nothing like the sound of the ocean to help you relax.

  472. With a 2 & 3 year old, I sit outside, pour peach tea and wade my feet in the kiddie pool while blasting kids music…yes, not so adult entertaining but the kids love it and as long as they are in good moods, the world is good at my house 🙂 Happy summer!!!

  475. Taking your kids to the waterpark is one of the best ways to have fun and stay cool in the summer…we had so much fun this summer! 🙂

  476. My favorite summer thing to do is to walk around the house and look at my gardens. Maybe do a little deadheading, pull a few little weeds, harvest a little basil. I like to walk around in the late afternoon with a glass of wine or lemonade (depending on how the children behaved that day!) and just look at things. I’ll watch the birds, and the butterflies, and sometimes we’ll even see turtles or toads or snakes. The kids all get a big kick out of it, too!

Thanks for the chance to win!

  477. To relax in the summer I love to go camping. Nothing like sitting around with a bunch of family and friends, swimming..eating..playing cards..eating…did I mention that?
    lol
    Being outdoors is very relaxing.

    palmersf(at)bellsouth(dot)net

  478. I guess a tip would be to not cook in the summer heat. We eat lots of salads over the summer to keep from heating up the kitchen. Add in croutons, boiled egg, cheese and meat. YUMMY!

  479. I think riding a horse on the beach has to be the most freeing summer adventure I have had. The breeze the sound of the ocean and me hanging on for dear life.

  480. It is so hot here in Texas that I pack up my son and take him to the mall. They pay for the air conditioning and I get to browse all my favorite stores. Plus I get a coke and an Antie Anne’s pretzel.

  481. LOTS of homemade iced tea. Today I’m making some mango iced tea. I like to sweeten with fresh juice (or non-HFCS juices) instead of sugar. Since we’re in FL, that’s pretty much all you can do some days!

  482. I get overheated easily so I rub an ice cub on my wrist when I get too hot. It instantly cools me down.

    Crossing my fingers!
    Lori
    loriclendenen (at) hotmail (dot) com

  483. It is hot here in Alabama, 92 at the moment. So I had rather stay in, sipping a glass of ice water or sweet tea and computing! Sitting here in my easy chair is leisure for me!

  484. Yesterday it was 104 here in Dallas. The way I kept cool (7 months pregnant) was laying on the bed with the A/C down low! 🙂 I also love to go to the pool and hang out in the cool water!

  485. I’m a fan of our pool membership this summer – it was SO cheap compared to paying for $$ for a few trips – and even an hour in the afternoon allows for a fun little trip 🙂

  486. Sun and I don’t agree so its in the shade, stretched out in the hammock, watching all the birds cluster at my feeders. Just adda little breeze and I am set for the afternoon!

  487. I wish I could go to the beach EVERY summer. We are going in a couple of days and I can’t wait. I have a total love affair with the ocean!

Thanks for offering such a wonderful giveaway! Have a great week!

  488. Well let’s see…our family goes on a long walk (so we feel healthy) to the ice cream shop! 🙂 Fun for everyone!!

And I would LOVE to win the shuffle…I just started running again and that would be the perfect way to keep running a little bit longer!!

    Thanks for hosting!

  489. Get to the beach somehow. It’s amazing what a difference it makes. Even with kids who normally can’t occupy themselves, you suddenly relax and the kids magically find sand and water fascinating for hours.

  490. set up the hammock in the shade, take out a drink, a book & a hat – eventually fall asleep. Sigh. I should go do that now!

  491. One “beat the heat” summer leisure thing we do is put the AC on for about an hour, close the curtains to make it dark, make some popcorn and have a “family movie – NIGHT” but during the day. The kids love it because it gives them something to do that is cool and fun.

Another fun thing is the get those water guns and chase each other around with them (or even a hose). Or blow bubbles in the shade and have a picnic.

    Kimberly
    HunnyV “at” Optonline “dot” net

  492. My tip would be at the beach with a big umbrella a comfortable chair, a good book and a ice tea or lemonade.
Just remember the sun screen. Thanks for the great giveaway!

  493. Favorite leisure tip…ice cold fresh lemonade. My recipe – 1 cup honey to 1 cup warm water. Add to 8 cups cold water and 3/4 – 1 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Add ice and enjoy! LOVE IT!

  494. I totally recommend the Roman method. Basically, keep your house shut tight all day long (doors, windows, curtains, etc.) When the heat drops and the sun goes down, open everything up and run any fans you have to move the hot air out and the cold air in. Then shut everything tight again and your house should stay cool since the cool air is trapped in there. It works really well for me.

  495. I love a day trip to the beach. Not that we’ve done that yet this year, but we’re only 2 hours away. Other than that, summer to use is hanging out in the yard and letting the kids have Otter Pops.

  496. My advice: Starbucks Venti passionfruit shaken tea with melon syrup, sitting by the reservior under a small awning, and watching the toddler discover sand!

    It’s bliss.

  500. I’ve been having a lot of fun inventing new popsicle recipes. My favorite so far is coconut / banana.
Thanks for the chance to win!

  501. Oh my and ipod and Target GC . great prizes. Lets see, in the summer I use a ginger mint air freshener spray. It can also be used on your body and the one I use, Ginger Mint, is a great pick me up when I start to wilt in the heat.

  504. Summer here is hot…120 degree-dry heat-hot! So my idea of the perfect summer is getting out of the heat! I love going camping in the mountians, where despite the pesky mosquitos, I can find the time to just relax and read and do a whole lot of nothing.
What a shame that I couldn’t make the time for that trip this year. Instead, we just stayed in the house…A LOT!

  505. We love to rent a beach house and stay for a week. It’s so nice to walk down the street and relax on the beach (and read lots of good books).

  511. I don’t do well in the heat so my favorite way to cool down is to stay in the air-conditioned house! That and lots of cold sweet tea!

  512. Sitting in a beach chair, reading a good “beach book” and drinking iced cold lemonade….or in my reality, sitting on a beach chair when I’m not chasing my crawling son or filling up his water buckets 🙂 Still fun though!

  513. My tip for summer fun is sprinklers, sprinklers, sprinklers. I went to the dollar store, and got about 5 different kinds of sprinklers, hooked them all up in the backyard and had a “sprinkler party”! My kids thought it was a blast!! And the whole thing cost about 5 dollars!! My boys ran around out there until they were delirious!!

  514. one of my fav summer drinks is a mojito. there is a cuban place downtwon in my city that makes delicious mojitos. for relaxing destinations i would say the mountains. we went to the NE Kingdom in vermont a few weeks ago and had a really wonderful time. cheers vera

  515. Great prizes! We love to visit Honeyman State Park in Oregon…it has the best of so many outdoor options…sand dunes, freshwater lake, and the ocean. A great family destination.

    michelle at northofthe49 dot com

  516. Since the beach is too far away (3 1/2 hours) for a reasonable day trip, and there are no local watering holes in my neck of the woods, one of my fave things to do during summer is let the kids play with sidewalk chalk to their hearts’ content and then wash it away with the garden hose. They get to be creative, we all get wet and cooled off, and the “canvas” is fresh for another day. 🙂

  517. Here is a summer time tradition that my neighbors and I started a couple of years ago. We take turns helping each other with our flower gardens. The planting, weeding and cleanup is much more fun when you have a couple of helpers.
    purehrt555(AT)yahoo.com

  518. You are so neat to do two give aways….my only tip since I live in the mid south that is under a heat advisory is to stay inside with a/c on and the fans and to sip on sweet tea and water too. Blessings…

  519. summer tip? keep the kids happy and busy which will keep things running smoothly. Also, strawberry lemonade and soft feet with pretty toenails! Thanks for hosting.

  539. I LOVE lemonade in the summer, and also home grown tomatoes (not in the lemonade). My mom has blueberry bushes (just a few, she is in the suburbs) and my son loves picking the berries.
My favorite trip ever was visiting Amish country in Lancaster, PA!

  540. My favorite summertime thing to do is to have a cold glass of Pepsi and sit on the swing on the verandah with my baby. Doesn’t get much better than that!! 🙂 Thanks for hosting this giveaway.

  541. My favorite thing to do in the summertime is to freeze lemonade and then throw the ice into the blender for a nice cold treat,

  542. Summertime? Stay cool with a very powerful Air Conditioner if you live in the Houston heat and humidity! Love your giveaways.

  543. My favorite place to be in the summer is on the beach on Cape Cod. There’s nothing like the beaches there!

  544. My favorite summer vacation has been to go whitewater rafting in the Tennessee mountains; the weather was cooler at the higher elevation, and the rafting was a blast.

  545. I leave my Vita-Mix front and center all summer and make 3-4 smoothies for the family a day…helps keep cool and I slip spinach in there undetected.

I also use it to mix up stuff for homemade popsicles.

  546. Since I’m a working mom of three kids, my favorite summertime trip is the 100 yard walk to our neighborhood pool. Involves no car rides, extensive packing, and we get to sleep in our own beds at the end of the day. Top it off with some raspberry sorbet after dinner and we’re all happy.

  547. One of my favorite things to do during the summer is hit up the beach, but while I’m there I like to get up early in the morning and sit out on the deck or balcony by myself and just take everything in. It gives me time to reflect on God and all the wonderful things He has done and created. I love it! Thanks for a great giveaway!

  548. My favorite summertime drink is Fruit Tea. I make a quart of tea and stir in 1/2 C. sugar til dissolved, then pour it all into a gallon-sized pitcher. I add one 12 oz. can of frozen OJ concentrate and two 12 oz. cans of peach nectar, and add water to equal one gallon. Delicious and addictive!

Thanks so much for the opportunity to win such an awesome prize! Bless your heart for being so generous!

  549. um- well I am not sure my tip will be as wise, or fun as some of the women before me.

What do we do- we love the beach. It is inexpensive, you pay to get there, but your bring lunch with you, stay the hold day, bring a good book you had been dying to read, stick your feet in the sand- and relax with the sound of the beating waves in the background. (that is summer to me!)

What fun- I have never won anything- but it sure will be fun trying!

    Blessings

Restores the life to your face!
My husband is a coach and the pro on Saturday said during the summer we need 90 oz of water a day! Also you could add an ounce of straight cranberry juice from Wal-Mart so that your water is NOT BORING!

  551. My summer tip – either have a glass of lemonade as I read or a eat a lime Dreyers Whole Fruit bar while I read. At this time of year, I sit out early in the morning and watch hummingbirds chase each other.

    Have a great day!

    Love, A2

  552. a summer tip a day. hmmm. Today’s summer tip would be to be sure and visit your local farmers market during the summer. (If you’re like me and don’t have room for a huge garden. Or the dogs won’t let you have any sized garden!) You might find some lovely blackberries there and make a delicious cobbler!

    love you,
    karen

  553. it gets so hot in mississippi this time of year that we’re all pretty much housebound until the sun goes down. A great way to spend your indoors time is listening to all the new music artists on download.com.. free and legal. i like to make cds for friends, family and burn kids music for my daughter!

  554. My best tip for you is that a glass of iced tea and listening to Pink Floyd while sitting under the window unit sure makes summer so much more pleasurable! I want that Ipod shuffle for my Hubby! He would flip if I gave that to him!
