Happy New Year Nannette. I tried 3 times to type your name correct so I’m rotfl at myself over here but it fits with my cold as I’m a little out of it. Just wanted to stop by to say AGAIN happy new year to you and how grateful I am to God for your friendship this past year. You have so brought God to me. I love your humility, your faith, and your courage. You have a beautiful story of trust. Thinking about you this night. My love, Bev
Oh…the Augustine quote just slays me and brings on the tears…such a great quote wow…
I believe “everyone” is seeing the need to memorize…I am on my way to LPM blog to put down my scripture although I need to pin it down and Ann Kroeker is doing another Mega Memorization Month on her blog for January…again I am not sure what large chunk I want to work on but whatever it will be…it is a great aim.
You know I am desperate for Him and have no other choice but join you all in Scripture memorization. I am not sure where I should start, but I’ll open my Bible and see where He takes me! I could be tempted to copy yours… I need contentment in 2009! I am thanking God once again for you!
Love you,
Angie xoxo
It’s spring on your blog! I miss spring. but I like winter too. (that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Or maybe if I say it enough it will be true. and my toes will magically warm up.) Or how about this…I’m going to be content with winter. 🙂
stopping by to wish you a bless year, marina
Annette,
Thanks for the info on reading the Bible through the year. I’m behind but I will catch up!

Mine is 2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation: the old has gone, the new has come.

Glad to see you shared your verse on your blog. I plan to do the same as it will help with accountability! Mine is Nahum 1:7
Great scripture! Mine is Philippians 4:6-8.
Happy New Year!
