Even if you don’t have time for the full version, pick this one up at the 1:42 minute mark. It leaves chills–just three voices singing from the deepest places in their hearts. We sang this a capella in church a few weeks ago and it was such a beautiful testimony to hear voices lifted to God in such peace.
And as always, we pray together here on Sunday, so leave your prayer request and I will pray with you. Let’s give thanks to God for His faithful Hand on our lives. Sunday blessings to you!
I’m joining you in prayer for healing for Kim and for you, sweet friend-for that tooth to quit flaring up, for healing of the nerve below it. Giving thanks for your mom’s good news as well. I say a loud amen to restoration of relationships and bodies and desire–sometimes just the “get up and want to” is half the battle or more. Lord, you know our imperfect hearts and hear our struggles. Surely, You are not far away from the cries of Your children. Heal us and help us, and make us wholly Yours. In the sweetest Name I know, Christ Jesus, Amen.
I’m praying this morning for restoration of relationships (woke up at 3:00AM and couldn’t get some friends off my mind) and restoration of bodies (specifically my trigeminal nerve at the moment). I’m also praying for people to be authentic and real and feel free to share their lives– even when their kids aren’t perfect. I’m praying for marriages and for us all to have the desire to want to spend time with our spouses and accept them just the way God made them. I’m also praying for my cousin, Kim and especially her sweet daughter, Tammy who has been reaching out via facebook. I’m also praying against my selfishness and pride. Let’s see, I think that about covers it for now.
I think I’ll go and plan something fun to do on this nice Fall day. I love your list on your last post! Fall is my favorite season. Makes me want to cook and get cozy!
Have a great day, my friend!
Angie xoxo
