Usually I save the songs for Sunday, but this morning, I need a little praise before I begin this day. If you get a chance, a couple of friends of mine really need prayers for wholeness and restored peace. The better part of this day will be filled with trying to help them. I could use a prayer, too, as I don’t have anything to offer but what He fills me with. As my friend says, no prayer is ever wasted on me. They both look to Christ for their help, but need an extra measure of Grace these next few days. I would like to pray for you, too. You can leave an anonymous comment or email me at awg1960@sbcglobal.net , and it would be my privilege. After all, we are the Body and when one hurts, we all do. God knows and sees and will never forsake you.

Jude 24-25 Now to him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen

Oh, yes. Yes I do. I love good cornbread.

And you are right, thank the Lord, some burdens are more difficult, and some are easier, but all are easier when He lightens the load.

Everyone has burdens – – – we are not alone – some just more difficult than others.
No, the cornbread is from scratch – do you want the recipe – my BIL said it’s the best~

You got it Jean. I often pray for you and W. as I read your sweet testament of hard days with pockets of Grace in your blog. That tortellini made a TON of salad. We still have some in the fridge. You said you have a good cornbread recipe, and I bet it doesn’t start with a box of Jiffy. 🙂 Thank you. We made it through this day, and still have a couple more tough ones, but one step at a time…

Morning, Annie! They are lucky to have you as a friend – as am I. You may pray for W&I anytime as we need the help for sure.
The tortellini was a terrific recipe – thanks.
