clothed in Christ

Galatians 3:26-27 “For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.”

Have you ever thought that some women just seem to glow a little more than others? A few years ago, I began to notice how pretty Christian women are. There is more to their unfading beauty. It seems to disregard age and generally accepted aspects of beauty. Whether it is in their eyes or their soft words, or the depth of their hearts, I know there is something different about them.

I can usually spot a Christian woman after only a few moments of talking with her. I believe it’s as simple as the Holy Spirit within me greeting the Holy Spirit inside you. There is something beautiful about your gentle spirit when you have the Lord inside you. Lately, I’ve noticed again how very beautiful many of your hearts are as you write on your blogs and comment on mine, reflecting His glory. As some would say, “Jesus sure looks pretty on you.” I’m just saying-you wear Jesus so well.

  1. Oh annette…Jesus is stunning in you! I could spot it well before I ever laid my eyes on your radiant face. You are dear and precious and absolutely glowing in love for your Savior.

Thank you for your prayers. I will email you soon. Things are looking up. Lets just say my ministry leadership dealy at church has me in a season of intense frustration and then the health issues with my mom…..HIT ME AT ONCE.

    I love ya dearly,
    Fran

  2. What a beautiful post. You are so right, Jesus does shine through people and through their eyes. The eyes truly are the window to the soul. I’ve never seen you except for the picture on your blog, but I believe from what I’ve read that you are one of those who glow with the love of Jesus. I truly love your writing and how it point me to Him. Blessings on your day.

  3. I know exactly what you are saying! I see Him in your eyes, Annette! He looks so good on you, dear friend… and I hear His voice when we “visit”!
    Love you,
    Angie xoxo
