whitewashed tombs

tomb

Update: Sat. Dec 6: She is doing better without help, starting to focus on others again, getting outside of herself. Pray for her to experience a Christmas as the hope Gift that it is, and see her need for a Savior.

Friday-She’s going home to be with her parents and promises she’ll seek help when she gets back.
(Thurs. a.m.) My friend has a dr. appointment at 2:50 this afternoon. As of now, she won’t go. Pray for God to change her mind and let me take her.
Please pray for my friend. She keeps it so perfect on the outside, but she is absolutely losing her soul on the inside. She hurts so deeply and yet can’t stand for others to know or help. Pray for her heart to accept help and to get back on track, and receive Life again into her heart. This is her worst hour today. We are at a place where God can turn it though. I know you are praying warriors, so plead the Throne on her behalf with me. Don’t worry if this doesn’t tug at your heart, but if you feel called, please pray. We saw this week in our readings that mighty miracles happen when others get together and pray. We could use one about now for this dear woman.

“For you are like whitewashed tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but within are full of dead people’s bones.”

  1. I, too, Annette, will join with you in prayer for your friend. She is so blessed to have a carrying friend like you that will do her part to “cover” her with prayer.

    Love,
    Sherry

  2. Heavenly Father, I lift Annette’s friend, Your precious child up to You. You love her so much. I ask You to send forth Your perfect laborer’s to cross her path and share Jesus with her. I pray You give Annette the words, the discernment, and wisdom to speak with her friend and pray for and or with her friend. I pray Annette’s friend is filled with the light of Jesus and the chains binding her to the evil one and the world are broken, that not a single link remains connected to the friend. I plead the Blood of Jesus over the friend from the top of the friend’s head to the sole of the friend’s feet. I ask You to surround the friend with Your holy angels because Your word tells us they protect us and keep us from dashing our feet against the stone. I ask You to call the friend from the tomb with the same power You called Lazarus from the tomb. I pray the grave clothes to come off the friend. I pray in the authority and the power of the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.

  3. Joining hands and hearts with you. I pray that the Tender Shepherd would lead and guide her into a more refreshing pasture than the one she currently resides.

Praying for you as well as you minister to her.

    Bless you and love you,

    Helen
